I appreciated how the optometrist took the time to explain the results and answer all my questions.Good customer service and they were mostly not prescribing specs like others. Price also reasonable.The turnaround time for my new glasses was quick, and I was very pleased with the quality and comfort of my new eyewear. Overall, lens o specs provided an outstanding customer experience, and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of eye care and fashionable eyewear

Excellent customer service!!!This is my first time experience buying power glass in India, I was a bit skeptical at the beginning because i did not have my prescription handy but to my surprise they have an eye consultant inside their store, it helped me to know my visual status instantly not only that the owner was very helpful, he patiently listened to my requirements and helped me to pick the right glasses with style. They have a variety of international brands to choose with reasonable price. I also received my glass on time! the owner is very responsive!! Beautiful ambience!!! I will highly recommend this shop!!! It is like one stop&shop..Good customer service. Branded collections for wholesale rate. Worth of each and every penny. I got one spec for myself and a reading glass for my mom. She is very happy and so comfortable it is
